Five Rivers Child Care Ltd is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for Endeavour House School in Ilford, London. You will support teachers in classrooms and the community, contributing to a trauma-informed, therapeutic approach to learning.

We offer a full-time role (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30) with progression opportunities and a supportive team dedicated to safeguarding and the welfare of children and young people.

Qualifications

• Good written and IT skills.
• Able to communicate with children, colleagues, and external customers.
• Able to actively listen to others.
• Valid Driving Licence.
• Have the Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in classrooms or in the community to enable learning.
• Work within a trauma-informed, therapeutic practice model.
• Contribute to safeguarding and pupil welfare and progression.
