Five Rivers in Rochdale is seeking Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to join our school community. You will work with an experienced team in a culture where children are respected, listened to, and included in decisions.

The role supports teachers in classrooms and in the community, with a focus on unlocking learners' passion for education. We offer a trauma-informed approach and opportunities for professional development, including training from our Learning & Development Team.

Qualifications

• Valid Driving Licence is desirable.
• Right to Work in the UK is required for this role.
• Applicants must be willing to undergo safeguarding checks including DBS.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in classrooms and the community.
• Work within a trauma-informed practice model.
• Assist in the ACE provision when required.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
