You will develop nurturing learning environments and contribute to a curriculum that encourages re-engagement with education. The position requires strong communication skills, a full UK driving licence, and a passion for making a positive change in children's lives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills essential for collaborating with children, families, and professionals.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is necessary for the role.
• Right to Work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver sessions for children within Warrington and surrounding areas.
• Create safe, nurturing learning environments tailored to individual needs.
• Contribute to an academic, vocational, SEND, and therapeutic curriculum.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent IT and organisational skills

Confidence working directly with children

Effective active listening and de-escalation skills

Education

Experience in specialist or alternative education
