Your support will occur in classrooms, small groups, and through 1:1 sessions, working closely with the class teacher and SENCO.
The Candidate
You are a graduate with a calm, patient demeanor and a strong interest in SEN. Experience working with children or young people, especially with additional needs, is highly desirable. You should be observant, proactive, and capable of building trust quickly.
