Job summary

Red 5 People Ltd is seeking a qualified teacher with SEN and autism experience for roles in the Greater London area. You will teach functional skills English and Maths while embedding employability to help learners move into paid employment.

Job description

Are you a qualified teacher experienced with SEN and autism? Interested in helping individuals with learning disabilities and autism?

There is a full time permanent role in the Bexley area and a full time FTC March 2027 in Romford.

You’ll teach functional skills English and Maths, embedding employability, helping SEN learners achieve their goals and get them into paid employment. The program you work on blends education and work experience, preparing learners for employment. You will deliver teaching and have allocated time for admin & lesson prep or liaising with the wider stakeholders (such as coordinating with employers, family, or job coaches (who support the young people on their placements).

You must have either a Level 3 in teaching and training or equivalent

Please note the salary range is £26,229 - £35,688 depending on experience.
