Job summary

Red 5 People Ltd is seeking a qualified teacher with SEN and autism experience to lead teaching and job coaching for learners with disabilities. The role focuses on delivering functional skills in English and Maths, embedding employability and life skills, and planning/admin time each week.

You will be based in Reading, coordinating with employers, families, and job coaches to support learners during work placements. Level 3 teaching qualification (PTLLS) or higher is desirable.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with Level 3 teaching qualification (PTLLS) or higher desirable.
• Experience working with SEN and autism.
• Delivering functional skills English and Maths with embedded employability and life skills.
• Ability to plan and admin time weekly and liaise with stakeholders (employers, families, job coaches).
• Job coaching to support learners within work placements.
