Job summary

Keys Inclusion Pathway, part of Keys Group, is recruiting qualified teachers to deliver personalised tuition to students with SEN/SEMH needs. Roles focus on face-to-face home-based lessons with opportunities for remote delivery when appropriate.

We seek experienced, compassionate educators who can build strong relationships, support safeguarding, and promote student wellbeing while helping learners re-engage with education and realise their potential.

Qualifications

  • Qualified teacher with QTS or QTLS.
  • Experience teaching or tutoring children and young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
  • Trauma-informed, child-centred approach to support learning and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored, one-to-one lessons aligned to each learner's needs.
  • Support pupils with SEN and SEMH to build confidence and make progress.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships that promote engagement and wellbeing.
  • Work closely with safeguarding specialists to ensure student safety.

Job description

Keys Inclusion Pathway is seeking qualified teachers to deliver high-quality, personalised tuition to children and young people with SEN and SEMH needs, supporting them to re-engage with education and achieve their potential. This role involves primarily face-to-face tuition in students' homes, with some opportunities for remote delivery where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored, one-to-one lessons aligned to each learner's needs
  • Support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs to build confidence and make progress
  • Build positive, trusting relationships that promote engagement and wellbeing
  • Work closely with safeguarding specialists to always ensure student safety
Qualifications and Requirements
  • QTS or QTLS (essential)
  • Experience teaching or tutoring children and young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs
  • A compassionate, child-centred and trauma-informed approach
  • Full UK driving licence, We are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All posts require an enhanced DBS check.
