Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is recruiting a Cover Supervisor / HLTA for a specialist SEN school in West Drayton, West London. You will lead lessons, deliver pre-planned work and support pupils with autism and complex needs when the teacher is absent. Immediate start and Monday to Friday, 08:30–15:30.

Applicants should hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant or recognised HLTA qualification. The role offers excellent PAYE daily rates (£110–£130), weekly pay, CPD and dedicated consultant support.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant or HLTA qualification.
• Experience in a school, preferably SEN.
• Ability to lead a class and deliver pre-planned lessons in teacher's absence.
• Experience supporting pupils with autism and complex learning needs.
• Strong classroom management and ability to engage learners.
• Available to start immediately and commit to Monday to Friday.
