Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a specialist provision in Yeovil to recruit a committed and compassionate SEN Cover Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young people with additional needs in a nurturing, therapeutic learning environment designed to help them thrive.

About the School

This exceptional setting supports students aged 10 to 18 with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), autism spectrum conditions, and other learning differences. Your Responsibilities

As an SEN Cover Supervisor, you’ll:

Lead and support learning in the absence of teachers

Build positive relationships with students to support emotional regulation

Deliver pre-prepared work and adapt sessions to suit individual needs

Foster engagement and model positive behaviours

Work closely with teaching staff and support teams

Working with Teaching Personnel
