SEN Cover Supervisor – Full-Time Opportunity in Salisbury

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time SEN Cover Supervisor to work within a specialist educational setting in Salisbury. This role involves supporting students aged 11 to 18 who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Working hours are 8.45am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday, offering a consistent and structured school day.

Your Responsibilities
As a Cover Supervisor, you will take the lead in supervising classes during teacher absence, ensuring that set work is completed, classroom behaviour is managed effectively, and students feel supported throughout the day. This role is ideal for someone confident, empathetic, and able to engage young people with additional needs in a positive and structured way.
