SEN Cover Supervisor

This is a fantastic opportunity to support young people with additional needs in a nurturing, therapeutic learning environment designed to help them thrive.

This exceptional setting supports students aged 10 to 18 with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), autism spectrum conditions, and other learning differences. As an SEN Cover Supervisor, you'll:

• Lead and support learning in the absence of teachers
• Build positive relationships with students to support emotional regulation
• Deliver pre-prepared work and adapt sessions to suit individual needs
• Foster engagement and model positive behaviours
• Work closely with teaching staff and support teams

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience supporting young people with additional needs is highly desirable
• A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach to working with behaviour
• Ability to adapt to a variety of classroom scenarios
• DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
