About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Cover Supervisor to join a respected educational institution in Bournemouth.

This is a part-time position supporting students aged 3 to 18 years, working from 8.45am to 3.30pm. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) by providing cover supervision and helping to ensure that the classroom remains a focused and supportive learning environment.

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of students with diverse needs, contributing to their personal and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising students with SEN in classrooms, ensuring they remain engaged and productive

Supporting teachers in the delivery of lessons and providing additional support to students with learning difficulties

Assisting with the implementation of behaviour management strategies tailored to individual needs

Encouraging students to develop their independence and confidence in the classroom

Maintaining a safe and positive learning environment for all students
