Job summary

The Education Network is recruiting an SEN Class Teacher for an immediate start at a nurturing and supportive school in England. This role covers KS2 & KS3, focusing on children with SEND, EHCPs and SEMH needs, with an emphasis on holistic, well-being centred education.

The role involves team teaching in small classes, differentiating lessons, and working closely with senior leaders to foster a caring, inclusive environment where every child can make real progress.

Qualifications

  • QTS teaching qualification is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Teach in small classes across KS2 & KS3.
  • Plan lessons with differentiation for individual needs.
  • Prioritise wellbeing and social/emotional health in the classroom.
  • Collaborate with SLT to create a holistic learning environment.
  • Recognise and reward progress, supporting every child.
