Responsibilities

• Support students 1:1 or in small groups with learning and emotional regulation.
• Provide calm, consistent support during challenging moments and help re-engage with learning.
• Build positive relationships that encourage trust, confidence, and independence.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, the SENCO, and pastoral staff to provide consistent support.
• Encourage positive behaviour through structure and clear expectations.
• Celebrate achievements, no matter how small.
