• Supporting students across core subjects, especially in managing distractions.

About the role:

• Working 1:1 and in small groups to support students with ADHD and SEMH
• Helping to implement classroom behaviour strategies and emotional regulation tools
• Building strong, trusting relationships with students who need consistency and patience
• Collaborating with pastoral and SEN staff to monitor student progress and wellbeing
• Supporting students across core subjects, especially in managing distractions

About you:

• Comfortable working with external professionals and families
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
