Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is recruiting a Behaviour Support Worker in Wakefield to assist pupils with SEN and SEMH needs. The role involves supporting students both inside and outside the classroom, helping them regulate emotions, build resilience and develop positive behaviours.

You will deliver targeted interventions and mentor students, while collaborating with teachers and pastoral staff to foster engagement. This position is temporary with potential for permanence in some cases.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, youth work, residential care, coaching or mentoring.
