Milk Education is recruiting for a SEN Behaviour & Learning Mentor to support partner SEN schools across Bracknell, Berkshire and surrounding areas. The role helps students overcome behavioural challenges, engage with learning, and build confidence both in and out of the classroom.

Ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, youth workers, or experienced education professionals seeking meaningful impact in specialist settings.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting children or young people (education, SEN, youth work, coaching, care, mentoring, or similar).
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
• A positive, patient, and proactive approach.

Milk Education is excited to be recruiting for a SEN Behaviour & Learning Mentor to support our partner SEN schools across Bracknell, Berkshire & surrounding areas. As a Behaviour & Learning Mentor, you'll play a key role in helping students overcome behavioural challenges, engage positively with learning, and build confidence both in and out of the classroom.
