Milk Education are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Croydon. You will support pupils with additional needs across the school day, working with teachers and specialists to deliver engaging activities.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, help develop communication and social skills, and contribute to a calm, inclusive learning environment.

Formación

• Experience working with children, young people or adults with additional needs.
• Previous school experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Patient, resilient and adaptable.
• Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• A genuine interest in supporting children with SEN.

Learning Support Assistant - SEN School - Croydon

Location: Croydon, South London
Pay: £105-£125 per day
Start Date: October 2026
Contract: Full-time, long-term

Milk Education are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children with additional needs and wants to develop their experience within a specialist setting.
