Milk Education in Reading, Berkshire is seeking a Learning & Behaviour Mentor Support to work in SEN schools on a full-time basis during term time. You will support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, helping with emotional regulation, behaviour management and social development, under the guidance of teachers and SEND professionals.

This rewarding role involves working with children and young people with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech & language difficulties, and complex learning needs.

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
Helping students regulate emotions and manage behaviour positively
Encouraging communication, confidence, and social development
