Job summary

Leigh Academy Mascalls, based in the United Kingdom, is hiring a SEN Assistant to support students with special educational needs. You will work alongside our SENCO and SEND team to deliver tailored interventions and foster inclusive learning.

The role focuses on pupils with ASD, ADHD, Speech and Language needs and emotional regulation challenges. You will contribute to assessment, plan delivery, and monitor progress within a supportive MAT network.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering targeted interventions for students with ASD, ADHD, and speech and language needs.
• Ability to deliver high-quality interventions alongside organisational administration.
• Experience supporting a SENCO and SEND team is desirable.

Leigh Academy Mascalls is excited to announce a fantastic new opportunity for a highly skilled SEN Assistant to join our team and work alongside our experienced SENCO and wider SEND team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in helping to deliver tailored interventions for our students, with a specific focus on those with ASD, ADHD, Speech and Language needs, and emotional regulation challenges. If you have the experience and skills to create and deliver a variety of interventions in these areas, we want to hear from you.

This is a permanent position offering an actual salary of £22,679 - £24,188 per annum (£26,016 - £27,747 full time equivalent), based on experience. This role is 37.5 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week of inset. Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.
