Job summary

KLA is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of semiconductor equipment and parts across global logistics networks. You will work to maintain inventory accuracy, ensure on-time shipment execution, and comply with trade requirements while liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Based in the UK, the role involves inbound/outbound logistics, supplier coordination, and continuous improvement across regional networks.

Qualifications

• Degree or formal qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent professional logistics experience.
• Extensive experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, inventory control, or international supply chain environments.
• Solid understanding of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, import/export activity, customs processes, and logistics service execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound, outbound, urgent, and critical shipments between manufacturing sites, suppliers, distribution centers, depots, repair facilities, field stocking locations, and customer sites.
• Oversee shipment status, delivery performance, Proof of Delivery updates, and service-level adherence; address transportation, order, receiving, and warehouse-related exceptions in a timely manner.
• Manage warehouse activity, spare parts order execution, returns, replenishment activity, inventory movements, cycle count support, reconciliations, and stock investigations to safeguard material availability and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with service, planning, customer support, procurement, suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers to support customer commitments and business continuity.
• Support import/export execution, shipping documentation, controlled shipments, and the timely resolution of customs or regulatory matters in accordance with company and regional compliance requirements.
• Ensure accurate transactions in SAP/ERP systems and support data accuracy, KPI reporting, dashboards, metrics, and process improvement initiatives.
• Escalate shipment delays, compliance concerns, service failures, and operational risks, and support corrective actions with relevant stakeholders and logistics partners.
