Job summary

KLA is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the movement, storage, and distribution of semiconductor equipment and parts across international logistics operations. You will ensure timely shipment execution, inventory accuracy, and compliance, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

The role covers inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse management, and trade compliance, with a focus on continuous improvement, KPI reporting, and data integrity in SAP/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Degree or formal qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent professional logistics experience.
• Extensive experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, inventory control, or international supply chain environments.
• Proficiency in ERP/SAP and Microsoft Office; experience with Excel, Outlook, Power BI, WMS, TMS, or shipment tracking platforms is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational capabilities.
• Customer-oriented, detail-focused, and able to work independently across international teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound, outbound, urgent, and critical shipments between manufacturing sites, suppliers, distribution centers, depots, repair facilities, field stocking locations, and customer sites.
• Oversee shipment status, delivery performance, Proof of Delivery updates, and service-level adherence; address transportation, order, receiving, and warehouse-related exceptions.
• Manage warehouse activity, spare parts order execution, returns, replenishment activity, inventory movements, cycle count support, reconciliations, and stock investigations.
• Collaborate with service, planning, customer support, procurement, suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers to support commitments.
• Support import/export execution, shipping documentation, controlled shipments, and timely resolution of customs/regulatory matters.
• Ensure accurate transactions in SAP/ERP systems and support data accuracy, KPI reporting, dashboards, metrics, and process improvement initiatives.
• Escalate shipment delays, compliance concerns, service failures, and operational risks, and support corrective actions with stakeholders.
