Rubberatkins, Ltd. seeks an experienced, commercially driven leader to build our semiconductor business line from market entry to a scalable, profitable global operation.

This high-impact role offers freedom to identify where we can win, secure anchor customers, shape product priorities, and define commercial models and routes to market. You will own pricing, margins, contracts, forecasts, and partnerships, while mobilising cross-functional teams to establish governance and the future

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading a new market or product line within semiconductor equipment, materials, or related tech.
• Experience turning opportunity into sustainable revenue and managing commercial risk.
• Strong credibility and relationships across semiconductor OEMs, foundries, or fab stakeholders.

• Set and deliver the semiconductor strategy with a market-entry plan and scalable growth.
• Identify segments, accounts, geographies, and routes to market with highest potential.
