Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Business Development Manager for semiconductor design. This home-based role involves expanding the UK semiconductor design community, building relationships with industry players and leading initiatives that support innovation across the UK chip design ecosystem.

You will develop strategies, coordinate networking events, and identify opportunities to drive growth and collaboration within the UK tech landscape. Regular travel in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• A technical degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Electronic Engineering.
• Knowledge of semiconductor design, including SoC, FPGA and digital/analog design.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, strategic approach and an interest in start-ups and the wider tech ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with chip design companies, start-ups, universities and industry stakeholders.
• Developing and executing a strategy to grow the semiconductor design community.
• Creating networking events, collaborative projects and initiatives that deliver real value.
