Job summary

Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology is seeking a Platform Manager to own the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of core semiconductor platforms across our product lines. You will drive roadmap development, align with customer needs, and influence investment decisions that deliver measurable customer value and business growth.

The role combines strategic thinking with strong technical and commercial acumen in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on sustainability and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

Significant experience in Product Management, Platform Ownership, or Product Leadership within a complex engineering or technology environment.
Proven track record of managing shared technology platforms or products supporting multiple solutions.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and value-based prioritisation.

Responsibilities

Define vision, strategy, and lifecycle for key platform products.
Own platform roadmaps aligned to customer needs and business priorities.
Prioritise features and investments based on value and impact.
