Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Foot Mobile (Acton, Wembley, Collindale & Sutton) - Up to £46,000 per annum + Zones 1 & 2 Travel

Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM service provider across multiple sites in Acton, Wembley, Collindale & Sutton. We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer based in high-end residential buildings on a foot mobile basis.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with C&G / NVQ Level 2 & 3 and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

You will be responsible for carrying out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across high-end residential buildings, managing landlord services. Working with the onsite maintenance team, including the supervisor, you should have hands-on experience in the following areas:

• Lighting (installation, fault-finding, lamp replacement, ballast change, control panels, power distribution)
• Emergency lighting & remedials
• Fire alarm testing
• Pressurisation units
• HVAC plant
• Plant room maintenance
• Air conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers (re-set)
• Pumps, motors
• Cooling tower maintenance
• Water treatment (temperature checks, dosing)
• Plumbing (unblocking toilets, changing taps, seals, etc.)
• BMS system monitoring (hot & cold)
• UPS systems (monitoring, readings)
• General building fabric maintenance
• Subcontractor escorting

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with overtime available at weekends. Working hours are between 08:00 and 17:00.

• Basic salary up to £46,000
