• Handle emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, and HVAC plant.
• Provide cover for holidays and sickness across multiple buildings.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Cover Engineer, Semi Static) - Wembley, North West London - £40,000 - £42,000 + Van and Fuel Card

I have a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM company in London, on a contract across North London. You will be based mainly in Wembley, covering six other sites across London for holiday and sickness cover. The role offers a salary of up to £42,000, along with a van and fuel card.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00 or 08:00 - 17:00. Plenty of overtime available.

Duties

• Electrical and Mechanical PPMs and reactive maintenance
• General building services tasks
• Emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant, water treatment
• Covering landlord and tenanted areas for large blue-chip companies across the City & West End
• Providing cover for holidays and sickness across a portfolio of 10 buildings

Requirements

• Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 or equivalent
• 17th Edition
• Client-facing experience
• Commercial building maintenance experience
• Experience with statutory compliance (water treatment, fire alarms, emergency lighting, etc.)
