Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Foot Mobile (Acton, Wembley, Collindale & Sutton) - Up to £46,000 per annum + Zones 1 & 2 Travel

Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM service provider across multiple sites in Acton, Wembley, Collindale & Sutton. We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer based in high-end residential buildings on a foot mobile basis.

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with C&G / NVQ level 2 & 3 and experience in commercial building maintenance.

Responsibilities include carrying out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across high-end residential buildings, managing landlord services, and working with a team of engineers including a supervisor. Key skills include:

• Lighting installation and fault-finding
• Emergency lighting & remedials
• Fire alarm testing
• Pressurisation units
• HVAC plant maintenance
• Plant room maintenance
• Air conditioning systems
• Chillers, pumps, motors
• Cooling tower maintenance
• Water treatment
• Plumbing
• BMS system monitoring
• UPS systems monitoring
• General building fabric maintenance
• Subcontractor supervision

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week, with overtime at weekends. Working hours between 08:00 and 17:00.

Package:

• Salary up to £46,000
