You will work with experienced accountants, handle year-end accounts, tax returns and payroll, and contribute to delivering high-quality client service while meeting deadlines. AAT qualification and 2–3 years' UK practice experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in a UK accountancy practice.
• AAT qualification is essential.
• Ability to work independently within a team.
• Proficient with multiple accounting software packages.

Responsabilités

• Prepare year end financial statements for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
• Prepare and submit Corporation Tax and Self Assessment returns to HMRC.
• Manage day-to-day client accounting, month-end reconciliations and reporting.
• Perform supplier reconciliations and support accounts payable processes.
• Prepare and file monthly CIS returns.
• Submit monthly Management Statements and VAT returns by deadlines.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure policy compliance.
