Oadby Plastics, a long-standing plastics manufacturer near Leicester, is seeking a hands-on Team Leader in our Semi Finished department. You will lead by example, coach operators and ensure production runs safely, efficiently and on time across rotating shifts.
You will plan workloads, monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with other departments to meet customer requirements. Relevant experience in manufacturing and a good command of English, Maths and IT are preferred.

What you will be doing
As a Team Leader within our Semi Finished department, you'll play an important role in helping the team deliver quality products safely, efficiently and on time. You'll be responsible for leading by example, supporting your team and ensuring production runs smoothly throughout the shift.
This is a hands on role where you'll work closely with operators, help solve problems, drive performance and create a positive working environment where everyone can succeed.
