Oadby Plastics, a leading plastics manufacturer with over 50 years of experience, is seeking an Estimator to support our sales and production teams. From technical drawings and customer requirements, you will calculate costs, produce CAD drawings, and ensure estimates are delivered on time to turn enquiries into orders.
You will liaise with customers, sales and production, manage multiple estimates, and ensure accuracy and timely delivery in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm

As an Estimator, you'll play a key role in supporting our sales and production teams by preparing accurate quotations for machined parts. Working from technical drawings and customer requirements, you'll calculate costs, produce CAD drawings and ensure estimates are delivered on time, helping to turn enquiries into successful orders.
You day to day responsibilities include:
We're looking for an organised and detail focused individual with experience in estimating within an engineering or manufacturing environment. You'll have a good understanding of machining processes, be confident interpreting technical drawings and enjoy working collaboratively with different teams to deliver excellent results.
