Protocol Education is recruiting for a Student Development Assistant to support 11–18 year old students in a specialist SEMH setting. You will deliver 1:1 and small-group support, using trauma-informed approaches to help regulate emotions and behaviour, and foster safe, respectful relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEMH/SEND, residential care or alternative provision.
• Understands trauma-informed practice.
• Calm, consistent with professional boundaries.
