Qualifications

• Experience working in an SEMH, PRU, or specialist SEN provision.
• Ability to support pupils with emotional dysregulation or past trauma.
• Team Teach certification or willingness to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for pupils with severe and challenging behaviours.
• Use de-escalation techniques to manage incidents.
• Build trusting relationships with pupils.
