Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small-group SEMH support across KS3 and KS4.
Support students with emotional regulation, behaviour management and engagement.
Implement behaviour and support plans in line with school policy.
Work closely with the SENCo, pastoral team and class teachers.
Promote positive behaviour, inclusion and resilience.
Support students during lessons and unstructured times.
Skills
Experience supporting students with SEMH or challenging behaviour
Calm, resilient and consistent approach
Confidence working in a secondary school environment
Understanding of safeguarding and behaviour strategies
Education
Background in SEN support, youth work, mentoring or care
