The ideal candidate is a graduate with a UK degree, has experience supporting children with SEMH, and demonstrates strong emotional intelligence, resilience and adaptability for a September 2026 start through July 2027.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree from a UK university.
• Experience supporting children with SEMH needs (voluntary or paid).
• Strong emotional intelligence, resilience and adaptability are essential.
• Commitment from September 2026 until July 2027.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs.
• Support pupils with SEMH, Autism, trauma-related difficulties and behavioural challenges.
• Assist teachers across a range of subjects and activities.
• Promote positive behaviour, engagement and personal growth.
