We are looking for a compassionate, resilient and proactive SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated inclusion team. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant you will support students with social, emotional and mental health needs, helping them engage positively with learning and develop the confidence and skills they need to flourish.
This is a role for a Teaching Assistant who believes in the power of relationships, understands the impact of trauma, and is motivated by seeing young people make progress academically, socially and emotionally.
