Job summary

Henry Blue Ltd. is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for an SEMH-focused role in Milton Keynes. You will provide one-to-one and small-group support to young people, focusing on SEMH needs and challenging behaviour, while building positive relationships and promoting engagement and confidence.

The role involves working closely with teaching staff to deliver consistent support in the classroom and wider educational settings, in a term-time, part-time arrangement.

SEMH Learning Support Assistant - Milton Keynes

Location: Nuneaton

Hours: Part Time | 8:30am - 3:30pm

Working Pattern: Term time only

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Duration: Ongoing

We are currently looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join an alternative education setting in Milton Keynes, supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people, building positive relationships and helping students overcome barriers to learning.
