Aspire People Limited is seeking an SEMH Teaching Assistant for a role in Lutterworth. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEMH needs and help them engage with learning in a safe, nurturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have SEMH experience, a calm and empathetic approach, and a commitment to supporting emotional wellbeing and behaviour management in a school setting. This is a Monday–Friday, term-time position in a specialist SEMH/SEN environment.
Location: Lutterworth
Pay: £105 per day
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, term time only
Start Date: ASAP / dependent on availability

Aspire People have partnered with a specialist SEN school in Lutterworth who are looking for a passionate and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team.
This role would suit someone who has experience supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, including challenging behaviour, emotional regulation difficulties and barriers to learning.
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping pupils feel safe, supported and ready to engage with their education.
