Supply Desk is recruiting SEMH Teaching Assistants to support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs in West Drayton. The role focuses on regulating emotions, engaging with learning, and developing positive behaviours in a structured environment.
You will work with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to provide targeted support, foster safe and inclusive spaces, and track student progress across the day.
