Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group in Croydon is seeking a patient SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 5-16 in a specialist SEMH setting. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils manage emotions, improve behaviour and access learning alongside teachers and pastoral staff.

The role involves implementing behaviour strategies, promoting positive relationships and encouraging resilience to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Qualifications

SEMH Teaching Assistant - Croydon - SEMH School - £95-£115 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - Immediate Start

• SEMH Teaching Assistant - Previous experience supporting pupils with SEMH or behavioural needs required
• SEMH Teaching Assistant - Experience working within a SEMH school, PRU or alternative provision desirable
