Protocol Education is seeking a caring individual to join their team and support students with challenging behaviours. This role offers opportunities to work on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. You should be patient and understanding towards students who have experienced difficult childhoods and exhibit challenging behaviours.
Previous experience working with children is essential. Key qualities include patience, kindness, and fairness, which are vital for developing relationships with these children. You will work closely with school staff and existing behaviour plans to monitor and improve student behaviour, while promoting positivity through creative methods. Over time, you will build supportive relationships with pupils, acting as a mentor and role model, ultimately enhancing their overall attainment.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Pay rates include statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanence in some cases.
