Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver targeted support to students with SEMH needs, both inside and outside the classroom.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to plan and deliver captivating and differentiated lessons.
* Assist in the development and implementation of Education Care Plans (ECPs) for students.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment, championing emotional well-being and positive behaviour.
* Lead small group interventions to support students' social and emotional development.
* Contribute to the assessment and tracking of students' progress, offering feedback to teaching staff and parents.
* Work collaboratively with other professionals, including educational psychologists and external agencies.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Relevant TA experience.
* Previous engagement with students with SEMH needs.
* A strong grasp of SEMH strategies and interventions.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
