About the role

One of our partnered schools is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic SEN Teacher, to teach Pupils in an alternative provision (special school). You will be teaching pupils with a wide range of additional needs which include SEMH, ASC & ADHD.

About you

We are looking for a passionate SEN Teacher that will get fully involved with all aspects of teaching, including planning and preparing lessons.

Our partnered School is seeking an SEMH Teacher that can deliver Math to KS3. The role is covering maternity leave and is expected to run for the full academic year.

• Location – Wakefield Area
• Position – SEN Teacher
• Duration / Likely Duration – Long term / Maternity Cover
• End date (if applicable) – N/A – Temp to perm contract.
• Contract type – Temp
• Full time/part time – Full time and part-time roles available
• Minimum rate of pay – £140 – £200 Per day

Experience, Training and Qualifications

• QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYTS or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a UK school
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
