Job summary

Bright Futures Recruitment Ltd is seeking two KS3/KS4 teachers to join a specialist SEMH setting in Chelmsford. You will teach across KS3 and KS4, supporting pupils with SEMH needs and behavioural challenges. Start ASAP with interviews soon.

Qualifications

• Qualified teachers or experienced unqualified teachers considered.
• Experience teaching across KS3/KS4 preferred in SEMH settings.
• Strong classroom management and adaptivity to individual needs.

Responsibilities

Bright Futures Recruitment is recruiting two Teachers to join a specialist SEMH setting in the Chelmsford area, working with pupils across KS3 and KS4.

We are keen to hear from teachers from any subject area who are passionate about supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

We are looking for teachers who:

• Can confidently teach and engage pupils across KS3 and KS4


• Have experience within SEMH, SEND, Alternative Provision or similar settings


• Have strong classroom and behaviour-management skills


• Can adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs


• Build positive and trusting relationships with young people


• Are patient, resilient and committed to helping pupils re-engage with education
