Job summary

Vision for Education are working with an Alternative Provision in BS9, North Bristol, who are looking for dedicated support staff to join their team. The provision supports both primary and secondary aged students with SEMH needs, helping young people re-engage with education and develop the skills they need to succeed.

This role would suit experienced support staff who have worked with children, young people or vulnerable individuals and are passionate about making a positive impact.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience working with children, young people or vulnerable individuals.

Responsibilities

• Support learning, emotional regulation, behaviour management and personal development.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and support classroom activities.
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a safe, consistent environment.
