TeacherActive is recruiting a SEND Teacher for a special school in the Shenstone/Lichfield area. Immediate start, long-term position, plan and deliver lessons across primary and secondary ages, and support SEMH pupils with tailored approaches.

You will hold QTS, have experience with SEMH and strong behaviour management. PAYE salary offers market-leading rates and supportive onboarding teams.

Qualifications

• QTS held and eligible to teach in the UK.
• Experience teaching primary and/or secondary pupils.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management.
• Able to differentiate and adapt lessons to individual needs.
• Patient, resilient and adaptable approach.

Responsibilities
