Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher for a specialist SEMH school in Ealing, West London. You will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons, fostering a safe, inclusive learning environment.

You will work with teaching assistants and therapists, monitor pupil progress, and contribute to support plans. QTS required; experience with SEMH or additional needs is valued. Start ASAP, full-time, paid to scale.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
• Experience or passion for SEMH and/or additional needs.
• Patient, calm and emotionally resilient.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
• Able to differentiate lessons and build strong behaviour support.
