The HireWorks Ltd is recruiting an SEMH Learning Support Assistant for a September start at an exceptional school in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire. This full-time, term-time role focuses on supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, working closely with teachers and pastoral staff to build trust and resilience.

You will support pupils one-to-one and in small groups, help develop emotional regulation, and reinforce positive behaviours inside and outside the classroom.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SEMH, SEND, behaviour support, or youth work is highly desirable.
