Job summary

Engage Education Hastings is seeking a dedicated SEMH Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs in a specialist provision. This full-time role starts in September and offers a long-term opportunity with potential for permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH, trauma or challenging behaviour is desirable.
• Training and ongoing support will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils on 1:1 basis and in small groups

• Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff
