We are seeking two friendly and enthusiastic Fixed-Term SEMH Learning Support Assistants to join our growing team at Gorsey Bank Primary School. In this rewarding role, you'll work with individual pupils with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs, supporting their progress throughout the school.
Here at the Laurus Trust, we provide a cutting-edge SEND provision that positively impacts our young people. We are looking to recruit caring and dedicated individuals to join our SEND team. You will play a vital role in enhancing pupils' progress while promoting their independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion. A comprehensive offer of professional learning is available, and all schools have designated workspaces for staff. We also offer a broad range of SEND training focusing on whole-school issues and specific SEND team development.

This position is contracted for 30 hours per week, Term Time Only + 5 days. You will mainly work when the school is open to pupils and will not need to work during school holidays unless required by the contract. You will work a minimum of 38 weeks per year.
